Our 60-Day Money-Back Promise

We stand firmly behind Gelatine Sculpt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of your order to request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Getting your money back is simple:

• Send an email to contact@customercs.com with your order number
• Let us know why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve, but is not required)
• Our team will process your request and refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Important Details

• Refund requests must be made within 60 days of your original purchase date
• We recommend using the product consistently for at least 30 days before deciding
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable

Return of Product

You do not need to return unused bottles to receive a refund. We trust our customers and want the process to be as easy as possible for you.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different package, you can request a refund and place a new order.
